The Closet Hippo

Hippo's may look cute and friendly, but they are actually quite vicious creatures. There is more to them than meets the eye. If you've ever felt like a hippo, misjudged or underestimated, you have something in common with the God of our universe. And yet, He doesn't write you off. He knows all about you and He is waiting for you to step up and be unashamed of who he created you to be, regardless of what others may think of you. Like a hippo, let's attack our perceptions of self and others.

Artist Spotlight: Katie Daisy

Today I want to put a spotlight on one of my favorite artists: Katie Daisy.

I honestly love every single one of her paintings and I wish I could buy them all. It was hard to pick favorites to share on my blog because they are all so lovely and colorful.
